Data protection notice & consent

Purpose & voluntariness: The analysis serves your own self-reflection on delivery, voice and speech only. It is not an assessment or monitoring instrument and not aptitude, personality or performance diagnostics. Use is entirely voluntary; declining carries no disadvantage.

Which data: Your uploaded video and the results derived from it (audio track, transcript, measurements, annotated video, charts). Your email address is used solely to deliver the results link (no account, no login).

Where processed: The analysis runs on servers within the EU. Website and files are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH in a German data centre (processing under Art. 28 GDPR). Video, images and audio do not leave the EU.

AI coaching (optional): Only if you select AI coaching with the provider “Claude”, a transcript excerpt and computed measurements are transmitted to Anthropic (USA) – never video, images, audio, name or email. Anthropic does not store this data and does not use it for AI training (zero data retention). Alternatively a local model is available, where nothing leaves our own infrastructure.

Facial-expression, emotion and nervousness/confidence analysis: not offered (EU AI Act Art. 5(1)(f)). This data is not collected or analysed.

Storage & deletion: All data is deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest. You can trigger immediate deletion yourself at any time via the “Delete data” button on your feedback page. Only an anonymous statistics row without personal reference remains.

Legal basis & your rights: Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); AI coaching is a separate, voluntary consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (most easily by deleting your data). You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
